A specially designed sealing mattress is used in this system, that consists of two layer of watertight sheets and colloidal solution packed therein. The colloidal solution keeps the mattress watertight just in case the sheet is partially damaged. This system could be adapted not only for a controlled final disposal site, but also for various landfill structures that require leakage prevention. The liquidity and watertight nature of the colloidal solution realizes a more safe and reliable disposal site.

The manufacturing Re-birth
This is an on-site closed type recycled concrete made of 100% demolished concrete. It is made by breaking up demolished concrete on site and adding cement, water and additive to the whole rubble, which is used as the aggregate. The manufacturing device, Re-birth can easily be transported between sites on a lorry. As it requires no disposal, transport or further processing of demolished concrete waste, the burden on the environment is much reduced as the result of less energy consumption and CO2 emission.
