The Company shall implement appropriate technical security measures for the sake of the stable operation of its information systems, striving to maintain the confidentiality, completeness and availability of those systems.

5. Information Security Education

The Company shall implement education and training for its directors and staffers with the purpose of improving information security awareness and technology.

6. Accident Prevention and Responses

The Company shall make thorough efforts to prevent information security accidents. In the rare case that an accident occurs, appropriate countermeasures shall be promptly implemented, including steps to prevent the recurrence of such events.
