Complaint and Consultation Request Procedures

Complaint and consultation requests are accepted by mail, facsimile or e-mail. On the written statement please include name, address and telephone number of the applicant filing the request, as well as the specific contents of the complaint or consultation. If available, please also attach any materials pertinent to the matter. After examining the details of the request submitted, we will contact applicants from our side.
